Line of Duty Give Back Program
At Fund the First, we established ourselves as the #1 trusted fundraising platform for those who serve. Setting up a fundraiser is quick and easy and can be created for so many causes that support first responders, military, medical providers, nurses, teachers, their families, their friends, businesses and non-profits alike. Organizers & beneficiaries have trusted our platform to successfully raise money across the nation while avoiding the common scams and fraud seen on other platforms. Since our July 2020 launch to present date (1/12/2021), over 280 fundraising campaigns have been created and have successfully raised a combined 2.6 million dollars and growing every minute. Thanks to our trusted partnership with ID.me, we ensure that all beneficiaries are verified and your donation to the campaign of your choice is going to a true and honest source.
We are so thankful to be able to provide a trusted and verified means of crowdfunding and we want to offer a way of giving back. For the next year 12/31/2021 – 12/31/2022, we are offering a give back program for line of duty death and line of duty injury campaigns. While these incidents are extremely tragic, we want to provide the additional support that their families will need.
Here's how it works:
1 – For any LINE OF DUTY DEATH fundraiser conducted on our platform, our team at Fund the First will match the first $5,000 raised and donate $5,000.
2 – For any LINE OF DUTY INJURY fundraiser conducted on our platform, our team at Fund the First will match the first $1,000 raised and donate $1,000.
In order to qualify for this program, the organizer and/or beneficiaries command, unit or department as a whole must share this fundraiser via department email, social media or in the news. Our team must receive proof of this which can be emailed to us at [email protected]. Additionally, there may not be any other fundraising efforts for this cause on any other public platforms.
Please take a moment to share this important information with your networks so those who serve across our country, their families and their friends can gain awareness for what we are doing.
